Exorcist to join Nation’s Prayer during SONA

An exorcist will join religious leaders in the “Panalangin ng Bayan” during the fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte today.

According to House Press and Public Affairs Bureau director Rica dela Cuesta, Fr. Daniel Estacio, exorcist of the Diocese of Pasig, was one of the four “Nation’s Prayer” leaders.

Estacio, who finished Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Arts in Theology at San Carlos Seminary, currently serves as the parish priest at Sto. Nino de Taguig Parish. He is the director of the Sto. Niño Catholic School. He served as the parish priest at St. Joseph Parish, Upper Bicutan in Taguig from 2009 to 2015.

Joining Estacio in the Nation’s Prayer are Citizens Battle against Corruption (CIBAC) Rep. and Pastor Domingo Rivera, Brother Edwin Zabala of Iglesia ni Cristo, and Ustadz Abdulhadi Daguit, Commissioner for Religious Affairs of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.
