211 pass 2019 Interior Design Licensure exam

A total of 211 out of 320 examinees passed the June 2019 Interior Designer Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday.

Ana Bernadine De Leon Carillo of the University of Santo Tomas topped the examination with a rating of 86.15%.

Others in the top places were: Noelle Samantha Centeno Bernardo (2nd, 85.60), and Kaitlin Almira Uygongco Sy (3rd, 82.50) of De La Salle University of St. Benilde, Elise Cooper Lim of University of San Carlos (4th, 82.00), Roxanne Villas Salvador (5th, 81.55) and Mutya Angela Nepomuceno Bautista (6th, 80.75) of University of Santo Tomas, Cedric Allan Paul Mogol Tagle of Philippine Women's University Manila (7th, 80.30), and Micah Joy Inocencio Guevarra of University of Santo Tomas (8th, 80.00).

The results were released in 14 working days after the last day of examination.

The examination was given by the Board of Interior Design led by Sonia Santiago-Olivares, chairman, and Maria Carlota D. Hilvano.

PRC has yet to announce the date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony of the new interior designers.
