This means 57 out of the 61 party-list representative seats are now ready to assume their seats in the House of Representatives in the 18th Congress.
The four party-lists still without COP due to "issues" are SENIOR CITIZENS; DUTERTE YOUTH; ANAKALUSUGAN; and AAMBIS-OWA.
On Wednesday, Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon revealed the decision of the en banc to withhold the COP of DUTERTE YOUTH due to the pending cases against its first nominee Ronald Cardema.
It was not clear why the other three party-lists have yet to get their COPs.
A COP is a requirement by the House of Representatives in allowing winning congressmen to assume their posts.
