CBA: QC pulls off epic comeback against San Juan

Quezon City sizzled in the second half to stun San Juan, 87-85, in the CBA Pilipinas Founders Cup at the San Juan Gymnasium on Sunday.
Down by as much as 38 in the first half and 32 by halftime, the Capitals completed a big uprising in the final 20 minutes, outscoring the Knights, 57-23, to steal the win on the road.

San Juan actually had a chance to shock QC, but Joseph Marquez missed the potential game-winning triple as time expired.
Joco Tayongtong scored 25 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, and two steals for the Capitals.
Kim Medina, who scored the go-ahead layup with 20 seconds left for the Capitals, and Mon Mabayo, who added a split from the line for the final tally, each had 16 markers.
Marquez fired 17 points, six rebounds, one assist, and three steals for the Knights.
