The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and Information Technology Business Solutions Corporation (ITBS) recently signed a partnership agreement to promote the development and competitiveness of young innovators in the country through the PCCI ITBS Young Innovation Challenge. The agreement was signed by PCCI president Ma. Alegria S.
