Lone winner for P11-M mega lotto

Over P11 million was bagged by a lone Mega Lotto 6/45 bettor from Leyte during Friday night’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) disclosed.

The winning combination was 30-03-07-42-01-12, which had a total jackpot of P11,558,750. 60.

The lucky ticket was purchased from an outlet in Tacloban City, Leyte, PCSO said.

The total jackpot prize will be subjected to 20 percent tax in accordance with the TRAIN Law.

The agency said were also 23 bettors who correctly guessed five digits of the winning combination. Each of them will get P24, 220 consolation prize

On the other hand, the jackpot of the Grand Lotto 6/55 is expected to reach P173 million in the next draw tonight should there be no winner.

PCSO urged the public to keep on patronizing their games, saying a lot of less fortunate people are being helped by their charity programs.

A large chunk of the agency’s revenue is being allotted to charity.
