Supply of basic goods not disrupted

The Monday earthquake did not affect prices and supply of basic commodities and prime commodities, Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez said.

Supply chain has remained normal because roads, including in the provinces, are not damaged by the quake. The strong quake did not also hamper business activities, utilities and including banking transactions.

Price freeze is in effect in calamity declared province of Pampanga, according to Lopez.(BCM)
