Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) expects to generate sales of P900 million with the launch of its fourth residential development inside the Twin Lakes tourism estate development in Laurel, Batangas, near Tagaytay.

The eight-storey Twin Lakes Countrywoods will be a resort-type condominium tower offering 129 units ranging from studio (up to 32 square meters); executive studio (up to 37.5 square meters); and one-bedroom (up to 58.5 square meters).

All residential units have their own balconies, offering unparalleled views of the Tagaytay ridges as well as the Taal Lake and Volcano. The project is due for completion in 2024.

This new residential development will feature generous amenities that include a swimming pool and kiddie pool with a pool bar and viewing deck, cabanas with grilling area, basketball court, kid’s club and kiddie room, outdoor playground, semi-indoor sports area, fitness center, lobby lounge, game room, as well as function rooms.

“Twin Lakes Countrywoods will stand on a hill ridge of Twin Lakes that offers a breathtaking panorama of Tagaytay’s natural green landscape overlooking the world-renowned Taal Lake and Volcano,” said Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc. Head of Sales and Marketing Glenn Heraldo.

So far, GERI has already sold almost 1,000 residential units in Twin Lakes worth around P6 billion from the first three residential condominium developments launched during the past seven years.

These include the three towers of The Vineyard Residences, three towers of Twin Lakes Manor, and three towers of The Belvedere.

Last year, GERI also opened its first hotel development in the estate, the 122-room Twin Lakes Hotel, managed and operated by Megaworld Hotels, the same group that operates the Savoy and Belmont brands.
