VXI Global Holdings B.V. and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) reaffirmed their long-standing partnership with signed contracts on new lease agreements, paving the way for VXI to launch two new sites this year: one in Robinsons Giga Tower in Bridgetowne IT Park along C5 in Quezon City and one in Robinsons Cybergate Delta building in Davao City.
“With business growth in the pipeline, we are looking at opening more sites within Metro Manila and the countryside,” VXI Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jared Morrison said during the contract signing.

VXI Philippines currently has nine sites after VXI Clark was inaugurated last year.
Jovy Llanes, Vice President for Human Resources, believes that leasing Robinsons properties is beneficial for VXI. “Giga Tower is just three kilometers away from Ortigas Central Business District. This enables us to capture the talent pool from the eastside of the Metro. Cybergate Delta is close to our existing Robinsons Cybergate site which is along the busy J.P. Laurel Avenue, with very close proximity to food and retail outlets, hospital, and government offices.”
“Robinsons Land is one of the country’s top and reputable developers. Their properties boast of quality workmanship, carefully master-planned in mixed-use development. Their IT Parks are PEZA-registered and most of the buildings they built are LEED certified. Their management team, leasing team, and property management are hands-on and very collaborative,” Senior Director for REAF Sherwin Sangrador added.
