Hosting its first flagship launch in the Philippines, Honor has brought in locally its frontliner Honor 10 through online selling platform Shopee.
An eye-catcher in all of its angles, the Honor 10 in Phantom Blue variant comes dressed in an Aurora Glass Design which exudes a premium, flagship look. It has a 5.84-inch FHD+ FullView display in 2244 x 1080 resolution topped with 3D curved glass and Gorilla Glass for protection.
Joining the ranks of AI-powered smartphones, the Honor 10 carries a Kirin 970 processor coupled with a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) which handles all the Honor 10’s AI-related tasks. This is further complemented with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU, and an ample combination of 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The Honor 10 comes equipped with AI-powered 24-megapixel plus 16-megapixel dual rear cameras. With that said, the Honor 10 can automatically and intelligently adjust camera settings depending on a wide number of shooting scenarios it can recognize. The Honor 10 is also capable of 4K video recording, just like most flagship smartphones. On the flip side, it has a 24-megapixel selfie snapper with AI Face Beauty feature for enhanced, natural-looking selfie filters.
The Honor 10 has the industry-first underglass front fingerprint sensor for phone unlocking and access. It operates on an Android 8.1 Ore OS with EMUI 8.1, and runs on an 3,400mAh stamina with 5A Super Charge.
Gracing the launch, Honor Philippines Country Head Wang Yang said that the Honor 10 is the perfect representation of the Honor brand.
“Honor is focusing on the young people and the digital natives. The Honor 10 is designed to fit these people’s requirements like its beautiful design. We also bring the latest technology like the AI function to empower our camera and photography features,” Yang said.
Relatively new to the local market, Honor first entered the Philippines on May 2018 with their products currently exclusively available in Shopee.
While the Honor 10 can also be bought using the said online selling website, Yang shared that they are planning to open Honor concept stores across the Philippines.
The Honor 10 is available through a flash sale in Shopee for P23,990 on June 6, and can be brought in partner stores in the following weeks.
