Many Bible scholars and Bible prophecy leaders, Bible writers, agree that Israel holds the distinction of being God’s end-time alarm clock. God’s prophetic clock, in other words. While this may be so, we take note of the following events happening around the world in the past and in the present times:

While the Bible says that the Jews are God’s chosen people and Israel is a nation created by God, the nation is considered by many as the most hated in the world today. Known as anti-Semitism, the hatred against the Jews is widespread in Europe and in other counties as well. Years after the Holocaust, many Jews are still being hated, harassed, persecuted, assaulted, and even killed. One Bible author said, “The population of Europe today is 742 million. Only 1.4 million of those are Jews. That means the Jews constitute only 0.2% of the population. And yet they are the focus of hated and persecution. And in the process, they are blamed for most of Europe’s problems.” (Reference: Israel in Bible Prophecy: Past, Present and Future by Dr. David Reagan, 2017d ed)

Today many Jews still reject Jesus as their messiah. They don’t believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. They don’t accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They don’t believe that Jesus died to pay for our sins. They don’t believe that Jesus rose from the dead. Jesus predicted that the gospel will be preached throughout the world (Matthew 24:14) This will occur during the Tribulation, a seven–year period mentioned in Revelation 11-18. In the Book of Revelation Chapter 7, verses 1-8, we see that God raise an army with 144 Jewish evangelists who will proclaim the gospel to the Jews. The 144 Jewish evangelists will be winning Jewish converts to our Savoir every day.

May people are wondering why the United Nations has condemned Israel many times more than any other country. Worse, while Israel has been condemned by the United Nations, no terrorist organization has been condemned.

From the book titled “Israel in Bible Prophecy” by Dr. D. R. Reagan, we get the following information:

  • “Between 2006 and 2015, Israel was condemned by the UN 61 times, Syria 15 times, North Korea 8 times, and Iran 5 times;
  • “Of the 193 UN members, only 11 times were condemned;
  • “Of the 116 resolutions of condemnation, 53% were aimed at Israel;
  • “Not one of the following countries received a single UN condemnation, namely Cuba, China, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Somalia, and Venezuela;
  • “Not one of the following terrorist organizations has been condemned – ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Fatah, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Islamic jihad. Yet Israel was condemned 61 times.”

There are now calls for a One World Government to save mankind. In 2017 Pope Francis called for a one world government to combat major issues of the world like climate change. There are now many world leaders who advocate a one world government. The list of the advocates is growing every day. History and even the Bible have records of past attempts to establish a world empire – like the Babylonian empire and the Tower of Babel. Not many know that Bible prophesies foretold the coming of the one world government.

To this day the Jews/Israelites are  resisting moves of other countries to change the boundaries of the Israel state (earlier known as the Land of Canaan) which, from Biblical account, was bequeathed by God to Abraham (the forefather of the Jewish people) and to his Jewish descendants. God was very detailed in defining the boundaries of the land bequeathed to the Jews. This is all documented in the Book of Genesis of the Old Testament. Since then the Jewish people have claimed ownership of the land of Israel. In short, the Jewish people have never ceased to assert their right and title to the land. Throughout the ages, the Jews consistently claimed the uninterrupted ownership of the lands. Indeed, the Jewish claim to the land they call Israel is a vital element of their history, their consciousness and their faith. History will show that to this day there are continuous attempts by others for Israel to divide its land through a so-called “peace process” for Palestine and her other Arah neighbors. What is puzzling is that every time heads of state and other world leaders initiate serious diplomatic effort to remove the Biblical Promise Land from Israel, a historically severe catastrophe world happen.

We also see, however, that despite pressure from world leaders to divide or partition Israel, the Jewish people (who have a 3,900 year history with the land of Israel) have not been driven from their land. Why is this so? From Biblical account, we know that God protects Israel. Zechariah 12.9 says clearly that those who come against Israel will be destroyed.
