A man who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl multiple times, even taking a video at one instance, was collared by joint police forces in Pampanga Wednesday morning.

Marlon Boniol, 49, was nabbed by elements of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Barangay Poblacion, Apalit, Pampanga, according to a report submitted to CIDG acting director, Chief Superintendent Amador Corpus.

Senior Supt. Christopher Abrahano, chief of Central Luzon CIDG, said the arrest of the suspect was made following a complaint from alias “Ana,” the mother of the teen victim.

Abrahano said Ana reported to their office that the suspect raped and molested his daughter in “different occassions” and he was planning to do it again.

Accordingly, Boniol contacted the victim last week and told her to meet him in Barangay Poblacion. The suspect allegedly threatened the victim that he would post a video of their sexual intercourse in social media if she refused to do so.

The victim decided to tell her mother about the incident which prompted the latter to seek CIDG’s assistance.

The victim also admitted to hete mother that the suspect has repeatedly violated her.

After learning the report, police immediately hatched out an entrapment operation which eventually resulted to Boniol’s arrest around 9:45 a.m.

Abrahano said investigators seized from Boniol two cellular phones and eight tablets with markings “Power Hong Kong Tianli Biological,” a prescription drug which contains an ingredient called sildenafil found in Viagra.

Boniol was brought to CIDG-3 detention facility where charges for rape in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law were prepared against him.
