The Negros Occidental provincial government-run facility was also recognized by the agency as a Center of Excellence “for achieving a consistent exemplary level in delivering sustainable ICT-enabled services, earning the distinction for positive change and for exhibiting commendable impact in the growth and development of the community it serves through the center,” the recognition statement said.

NOLITC Administrator Cristina Orbecido said that the award is an affirmation of the dedication of the provincial government in providing exemplary performance and services to its clientele.

“This also proves that this program of Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. is intended for those unserved and we are also accepting the challenge to improve our services in ICT,” Orbecido said.
