CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional Civil Security Unit (RCSU) 13 is set to conduct a License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) caravan in Butuan City and Cabadbaran City next week.
According to Police Regional Office 13 (PRO 13) the caravan will be at the Robinsons Place, Butuan City on November 19-20, 2018 and at the Cabadbaran City Hall, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte on November 22-23, 2018.
Among the services offered are the neuro exam, RID clearance, drug test, gun safety certificate, LTOFP online encoding, and firearm registration online encoding.
For new gun owners, they should bring with them their NBI clearance; police clearance or RID clearance which is available at the venue; NSO birth certificate or either photocopy of passport; proof of billing or barangay clearance; two (2) valid government issued IDs; proof of income (appointment order for government employees, certification from company/employer for the private employee, or business permit or bank certification for businessman/employed).
