Local officials from Mindanao and Cagayan Valley have visited Bataan in their bid to also follow the style of governance that has made this city and province more successful and peaceful.

Some of the successful programs implemented here that other LGUs want to adopt include the adoption of Public, Private Partnership (PPP), the construction of the new Bataan one-stop-shop provincial capitol building, the Bataan Ferry boat service and the establishment of the Victoria Galeria at no cost to the government.
Aside from these, a number of multinational companies have poured investment to the province and genrated thousands of jobs and income.

The successful economic programs by local leaders here were credited to Governor Abet S. Garcia, Rep. Joet S. Garcia, Balanga Mayor Francis Garcia, and Dinalupihan town mayor Gila Garcia.

Dinalupihan town is now the center for economic growth in the northern part of Bataan.

The successful style of governance here has prompted some residents from nearby provinces to migrate to Bataan for employment.

Recently, the Performance Governance System (PGS) Core Team of this city welcomed guests from Gerona, Tarlac led by Mayor Eloy C. Eclar at the AVR City Hall for a bench marking activity.
