Estrada vowed that chairperson Felipe Falcon Jr. and some councilors of Barangay 350, Zone 35, Tondo, Manila would be brought to justice.

He then instructed the city government’s legal team to assist the victim’s family, who he urged to pursue criminal raps against Falcon to be removed from his position.

The local chief executive also warned other local officials not to abuse their positions.

On Sunday, the boy’s father charged Falcon with physical injury in relation to the anti-child abuse law after the latter reportedly beat up his son with the help of his kagawads.
