Duterte arrived at the cemetery at 9:50 p.m. following his visit at the typhoon-ravaged areas in Mountain Province, Isabela and the rest of the areas in Region 2.

He offered prayers to his parents inside the mausoleum and stayed there for around 30 minutes.

Duterte left the cemetery around 10:23 p.m. and thanked the people there through the megaphone while onboard a pickup truck.
