Upscale developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. has started construction of its first residential condominium in Davao City, 202 Peaklane, as it begins to expand to cities outside of Metro Manila.

“We saw the surge in demand for short-term and long-term accommodations in Davao. 202 Peaklane will cater to these underserved needs of Davao’s rapidly growing real estate market,” Anchor Land President Elizabeth Ventura said.

The two-tower 202 Peaklane will rise along C.M. Recto Street in Poblacion District, which is poised to become the most progressive and fast-paced lane of Davao City due to the flourishing investments in business activities and massive infrastructures in the area.

It covers a total lot area of 4,000 square meters, lying across Ateneo de Davao University.

With such strategic location in one of Davao’s first districts, 202 Peaklane will offer over a thousand highly modern and convenient residential units, with options for studio units with double decks, studio units with twin beds, and two-bedroom units.

The firm said these tailor-fitted spaces are ideal for university students, expatriates, starting families, tourists and entrepreneurs.

“With its innovative building features and future-ready spaces, 202 Peaklane will be on top of providing topnotch quality of living in Davao. It will serve as the best alternative for hotel accommodation and the best option for vertical living in the city,” Ventura said.

The 28-story property will offer high-speed connectivity through provision for fiber-optic connection, high level of exclusivity and privacy through key card access system, advanced security system through digital locksets, and the cleanest quality of air through Aspiro Ventilation System.
