The road reblocking and repairs would start 11 p.m. Friday (Sept. 21) until 5 a.m. Monday (Sept. 24).

After securing a license from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the DPWH said two sections of EDSA will undergo road rehabilitation.

Roadworks will be undertaken at the southbound direction from in front of Francesca Tower to after Scout Borromeo, at the third lane from the center island; at the northbound direction beside Trinoma Mall and at sixth lane from the center island.

Reblocking and repair activities will also be conducted at the following sections of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5): southbound directions before Tiendesitas, approaching C-5 Ortigas flyover and from Gap 3 Chainage 52- Chainage 420, first lane; and at the northbound direction before MRT Avenue, third lane.

Other roads that will also undergo rehabilitation include the northbound directions of A.H. Lacson Avenue from corner Aragon Street and corner P. Florentino Street; and Batasan Road from before Everlasting and fronting Quezon City Polytechnic University, second lane.
