In the video uploaded by QCPD, the motorcycle driver and his father can be seen arguing with the QCPD personnel.

“Maliit na bagay lang iyan,” the old man said.

“Oo nga po. Pinapalaki niyo pa po eh. Pinalampas na nga po namin eh,” the cop answered.

“Ginagawa lang po namin ang trabaho namin,” the other cop said.

However, the motorcycle driver disagreed with the policemen saying that there should be guidelines, signboards, and checkpoints in the area.

“Oplan sita nga po kasi ito. Ilang beses na po namin kayong nasita. Magsusuot lang naman po sya ng helmet. Mahirap ba magsuot ng helmet?,” a cop replied.

In the video, it can be seen that the driver and his father obviously brought their helmets but did not wear it.

“Oh? May helmet pala kayo eh. Bakit hindi nyo yan sinusuot?” the cop said.
