The Marikina river water level is at 17.1 meters as of 1:08 p.m. and the second alarm has been raised according to the Marikina City PIO.

Three areas in Barangay Malanday namely: Tuazon Ville, Narra Talisay and Sitaw Street have been reported to have 2 feet deep floodwaters.
The water level has risen slightly from 17 meters as of 12:19 pm.
