Chief Supt. John Bulalacao, director of Police Regional Office (PRO-6), said four key officers are included in the revamp. These are Senior Superintendents Samuel Nacion and Henry Biñas, directors of Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) and Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) respectively.

Also included in the reshuffling order are Senior Supt. Defensor of PRO-6’s Regional Headquarters Support Group (RHSG) and Senior Supt. Canilo Fuentes of PRO-6’s Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Division (RPHRDD).

Nacion, who led the CPPO to become the Best Provincial Police Office in the country last year and was also named as one of the region’s Best Senior Commissioned Officers, will take over Defensor’s post at the RHSG.

Biñas will replace Fuentes as chief of the RPHRDD. Defensor will take over Biñas as the new chief of ICPO. Fuentes is set to become the new chief of CPPO.

The revamp of these high-ranking officers have been expected, especially Nacion who served at CPPO for more than two years.

On the other hand, Biñas has only been ICPO director for a year.
