CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The No. 2 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of San Jose, Camarines Sur was arrested yesterday in Bulacan, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).
Chief Supt. Amador V. Corpus said the arrest of Cliff Belza, native of Bgry Dulo in San Jose was conducted by joint operatives of Sta. Maria Municipal Police Station in Brgy Poblalcion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan around 8 a.m.
Belza was arrested by virtue of arrest warrants issued by Judge Noel Paulite of RTC Branch 30, San Jose, Camarines Sur for statutory rape with no bail recommended and acts of lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610 with recommended bail of P80,000.
“These series of operations against wanted persons and their subsequent arrests only prove that your police are stern in enforcing the law and putting all criminals behind jail,” Corpus said.
