The Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative Inc. (CENPELCO) scheduled a power interruption on August 30, 2018, (Thursday) from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. to facilitate the installation of a double circuit line along Roxas Blvd., San Carlos City.
