Toys, comics, cosplay, movies, music, games and esports showcased at TOYCON 2018

Experience the pop fan life of toys, comics, cosplay, movies, music, games, and esports at TOYCON 2018 at SMX Convention Center SM Mall of Asia.

This three-day event features different toy displays and activities, as well as special guests to look forward to.

Today, halls 1 and 2 are open to the public as the event celebrates Retailer's Day.

A wide variety of toys are exhibited, from movie, animé, and video game characters, to comic book superheroes. Fans can also purchase limited editions of these toys.

At 5 p.m. today, Japanese-pop girl group Kissbee will be performing on stage.

Also attending the event are comic book artists Carlo Pagulayan, Harvey Tolibao, Huebert Khan Michael, John Michael Carreon, Leinil Yu, Mico Suayan, Rian Gonzales, Stephen Jorge Segovia, Edgar Tadeo, Jason Paz, and Miguel Mercado.

Toy designers Quiccs, Anatoy, Luk Chee Chew, Jacquelyn Wky, Wetworks, and Christopher Magnaye will be featuring their toys on their respective booths.

A special exhibit featuring Toym Imao's toys will also be showcased.

FanX VIP Experience

There are special perks for those who purchased the FanX VIP Experience Pass.

This year's Toycon invited Jason David Frank, Neal Adams, Dante Basco, Kevin Grevioux, Michael Copon, and Kelly Hu for the fans to meet and greet.

What's more in store?

Tomorrow, the entire halls of SMX Convention Center will be open to the public.

Korean-pop fans will also get to see Hyolyn, former member of Sistar, on stage together with Black Eyed Peas member Apl.De.Ap., Janice Javier, and Brigada.

To be held on Sunday are various activities such as Creators stage, FanX Panel, Pinoy Pop Culture awarding, and Toycon Cosplay contest and awarding.

Nana Yamada will also be present and Kjwan will be sharing their music at night.
