Robredo gave a categorical answer she has no interest to replace Duterte when asked in the second part of her interview for video series, titled “VP Leni fights back vs fake news.”

“None. I have no plans to replace President Duterte,” the Vice President said.

Robredo, a former housing chief in the Duterte Cabinet, posted the last part of a series of interviews on her official Facebook account.

The Facebook videos have been released by the Office of the Vice President to debunk false claims against her and her family.

The Vice President also disputed allegations that she cheated during the 2016 automated elections.

Robredo, who is the chair of the Liberal Party, said she had no capability and experience to cheat in the past elections.

“I have already won, but there are people who can’t move on. It’s obvious where the fake news is coming from,” she said.

“Whenever they say that I’m a ‘fake VP,’ I cheated. May I repeat and you can see this in the records, our family does not have any history of cheating,” she continued.

Robredo defeated former Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in the vice presidential race with 14,418,817 votes or 263,473 more than the 14,155,344 votes garnered by Marcos.

But the namesake and son of the former dictator protested the results in 132,446 precincts in 27 provinces and cities on allegations that she and the LP cheated in the elections.
