Korean actor Jung Hae-in is set to melt the hearts of Filipino fans in June.
The 30-year-old star will hold his “Smile” fan meeting in Manila on June 30 at Kia Theatre in Quezon City.
“Get a chance to take that infamous shadow selfie as he flashes his pearly whites in an evening of nothing but sing-alongs, fun games, and kilig interviews! All that, in addition to a chance of winning an artist Polaroid and other Hae In merchandise and souvenirs,” according to CDM Entertainment, which is bringing the actor together with FNC Entertainment.
Jung Hae-in is currently the toast of drama land in Korea for the TV series “Something in the Rain,” a.k.a “Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food,” in which he falls in love with an older woman played by actress Son Ye-jin, whose real age is 36.
He has been called Korea’s “national boyfriend” because of the drama, which has been popular since it started airing in March.
His Instagram account reached 2 million followers earlier this month and currently has 2.38 million.
The actor made his debut in 2014 through the drama “Bride of the Century.” His other TV dramas include “While You Were Sleeping” and “Prison Playbook” and “Yeah, That’s the Way It Is” for which he won the New Star Award at the 2016 SBS Drama Awards.
