Through text, both gentlemen exchanged well wishes Friday when Dela Rosa turned over the top Philippine National Police (PNP) post to his successor, Chief Supt. Oscar Albayalde, in a change of command presided over by Pres. Rodrigo Duterte.
Chatto congratulated Bato, who proudly traced his maternal roots to Antequera, Bohol, on his retirement after 36 years of tough, committed police service.
