GMA network and Jasmine made the announcement on their social media accounts on Tuesday, April 17.

GMA Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, Senior Vice President for GMA Entertainment Content Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable, Senior Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara, and Jasmine’s manager Betchay Vidanes attended her contract signing.

In an interview posted by GMA, Jasmine is excited to be working again.

“GMA was the first one who showed interest. They’ve been very patient with us, kind and generous. So parang no-brainer,” she said.

Jasmine also shared her Kapuso friends told her good things about GMA, which was also one of the factors she accepted the offer.

After her contract with TV5 expired, there were rumors on network transfers as she would sometimes do projects or guestings with GMA and ABS-CBN. Jasmine’s recent movies were “Siargao” and “I’m drunk, I love You.”
