KZ Tandingan fails to get a slot in Breakout round of 'Singer 2018'

KZ Tandingan failed to get a slot in the "Breakout" round of Chinese singing competition "Singer 2018" after performing  Freddie Aguilar's "Anak," in its Filipino version mixed with Mandarin translation.

The Filipino singer together with previously eliminated artists once again proved themselves hoping to get a slot in the April 13 finals.

Only one out of four slots is available. The remaining three slots were reserved for those regular contenders.

Tandingan joined “Singer 2018” in its fifth episode as a challenger and stepped up to become a regular contender. She used to perform thrice before getting eliminated.

Tandingan was eliminated last March 16 after singing “Royales” by the New Zealand singer Lorde.
