In the first few months of 2018, Amaia has remained on track and is poised to repeat its feat in 2017. This year, the developer expects to hand over the keys of around 4,000 more units to new residents in various projects in the country.

Amaia will welcome homeowners to their brand-new abodes in 16 condominium buildings and villages, including Amaia Scapes Cabuyao, Amaia Scapes Iloilo Sector 1, Amaia Scapes Cagayan de Oro Sector 1, Amaia Skies Cubao Tower 2, Amaia Skies Shaw, etc.

This year is also shaping up to be one of growth and expansion for the real estate provider. This is according to Robert Lao, president of Amaia Land, when he disclosed plans to ramp up land acquisition activities in key locations and launch 12 new buildings and projects.

Amaia is likewise offering special deals for the few remaining completed units at its Sucat and Sta. Mesa projects.

As the developer sustains its momentum in 2018 and builds on its gains in the past year, prospective buyers will be comforted to know that owning a home is now an achievable dream. The developer also offers flexible payment schemes like cash payment, deferred, and bank financing.
