The Korean Embassy in the Philippines announced that it will designate travel agencies to accept applications for temporary visitor’s visa.

“Due to increased number of temporary visitor’s visa applicants, in the near future, walk-in applicants will no longer be accepted while only designated travel agencies will be allowed to file temporary visitor’s visa application,” the embassy said in an announcement.

It added that “the Korean Embassy in the Philippines is going to designate Philippine travel agencies which will be authorized to apply for temporary visitor’s visa at the Embassy. The 10 agencies which were selected for the group visa are automatically included as designated travel agency.”

In November, the embassy announced the designated travel agencies in the Philippines for Korean group visa.

These are Rakso Air Travel and Tours, Hanatour Manila, Island Resort Club Tour Services, International Journeys, Pan Pacific Travel Corp., Rajah Travel Corp., Marsman Drysdale Travel, Grand Hope Travel, Horizon Travel & Tours and Ark Travel Express.

Other travel agencies may apply for accreditation by submitting documents to the embassy by March 28.
