Ayala Corporation’s solutions and services company HCX Technology Partners, Inc. (HCX) has signed an exclusive partnership with Automation Anywhere, Inc., the largest enterprise software provider in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
In a statement, Ayala said “this solidifies HCX’s critical role in bringing to life the Digital Workforce through exclusive licensing and a Center of Excellence performing implementations and dedicated support services for the local Philippine market, backed by over two million manual hours already automated through Automation Anywhere’s global presence and strong market foothold.”
HCX, then called HRMall, Inc., had its beginnings in July 2006 as the multi-awarded premier shared services company of the Ayala group, responsible for automating and centralizing payroll systems and solutions across the conglomerate.
Now, HCX is leading Human Resources (HR) and core organizational agility through emerging technologies that disrupt the way we traditionally work, removing process waste while introducing automation to benefit its customers.
