Tayabas City, Quezon – Vice President Leni Robredo turned over yesterday science laboratory tools to the Bondoc Peninsula Agricultural High School (BPAHS) and launched scholarship programs in two national high schools in Mulanay town.
Robredo was welcomed and assisted by Mulanay Mayor Joselito Ojeda.
She said that her office responded to the request of BPAHS for science laboratory materials to complement the school’s newly renovated laboratory.
Robredo said she hopes that with enough laboratory materials, the school can eventually offer the Science, Technology, and Math (STEM) track to Junior and Senior High School students.
The Bagupaye National High School and Pakiing National High School, meantime, received cooking and baking materials for Grades 11 and 12 classes.
The Vice President’s outreach initiative is in cooperation with Ramesh Trading through the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
