A computer warehouse store in Quezon City was razed by a fire last night, damaging an estimated P200,000 worth of gadgets and PC parts.

Senior Supt. Manuel Manuel, chief of Bureau of Fire Protection-Quezon City, said the fire started at the stockroom of PC Parks at the corner of Gilmore Avenue and Aurora Boulevard in Barangay Valencia, Quezon City around 7:30 p.m.

The said computer store was located at the second floor of three-story commercial building Auroa Garden Plaza, a known IT (Information Technology) establishment in the area.

The fire reached its first alarm 10 minutes after it broke out and was declared fire out around 9:15 p.m.

Fire probers are still determining the cause of the fire but said they are looking into possible electrical failure since the stockroom kept various computer parts.

No injuries or casualties were reported, probers said. Further investigation is underway.
