Dumpsite rehab

Migratory birds roam the murky waters of a river in search of food near the Inayawan Dumpsite in Cebu. The Cebu City government has tapped a private firm to help rehabilitate the dumpsite in compliance with the National Solid Waste Management Commission (NSWMC).  Last 2016, the Court of Appeals released a cease and desist order to stop the dumping of solid waste in the dumpsite. (Juan Carlo De Vela)
