Phinma Properties, Giant PH create innovative condo-to-city address

The demand for convenience and alternative ways to travel through the unforgiving traffic of Metro Manila has resulted in a new partnership between Phinma Property Holdings Corp. and Giant Philippines, Inc.

The two companies sealed a deal last Dec. 15 at the Phinma Plaza, to offer an innovation in condo living – the convenience of living next to a transport hub.

Phinma Properties is the property development arm of leading Philippine business conglomerate, Phinma Inc. The company has long been taking steps to improve the state of Filipino living and this new partnership with Giant Philippines, one of the leading transportation companies in the country, is evidence of that.

At the center of the partnership is the Las Piñas Condominium project located in a development that has a commercial complex as well as a 24-hour Point-to-Point (P2P) bus service.

While P2P bus service has been around for quite a while as an attempt to ease the number of private cars on the road, this will be the first time it will be connected directly to a residential project.

This transportation innovation in the residential industry will be the first of its kind as it connects residents from Las Piñas to key central business districts.

With Phinma Properties’ experience in residential development and Giant Philippines’ transportation expertise, Director of Giant PH Renato Claros sees the innovative P2P bus service of the Las Piñas condominium development as the best of both worlds.

The project addresses the worsening traffic plight of Metro Manila and provides residents with a convenient condominium living.

“At the center of Phinma’s endeavor is a mission to make lives better. In this partnership, more Filipinos can look forward to new standards of comfort and convenience in condominium living,” said Phinma Properties VP for Urban Housing Division Raphael Felix.
