MANILA, Philippines — “Junior Master Chef” host Judy Ann Santos revealed in an interview that she is hoping to have another baby before she turns 35. The actress is turning 34 in May.

“I’m good and settled with two kids because we already have a boy and a girl but I also welcome the idea if we will be blessed with another baby,” she said.

However, she was quick to add that plans to have another baby have yet to be discussed with husband Ryan Agoncillo. “But it’s not something we talk about.”

“I’ll be 34 in May, if I turn 35, I might have a difficult time with pregnancy,” she also told online reports.

Speaking of “Junior Master Chef,” Judy Ann is a proud on-screen mother figure to the young contestants of the reality show. Some of the recipes the kid chefs concocted on the show are now part of the menu of Pancake House.

In a media event held Jan. 11, some of the junior cooks launched officially the dishes at Pancake House in Trinoma. The special selection includes unique dishes like Cabbage Lumpia in Coconut Breading, Fish Burger, Rice in Ampalaya Silog, Porksilog Steak and Baby Back Ribs.

The family restaurant’s resident chef Adrian Azurin said they had had to tweak the dishes here and there to fit costing and theme of Pancake House but he acknowledged the innate talent of the young cooks.

The “Junior Master Chef” dishes will remain available to Pancake House customers nationwide until March but there are plans to turn better-selling items into regular fare.

“It all depends on talks between Pancake House and ABS-CBN,” said Azurin who has been with the restaurant since 2007.

“Junior Master Chef” airs on ABS-CBN weekends (every Saturday after “Wansapanataym” and every Sunday after “Goin’ Bulilit.”)
