CEBU CITY, Philippines  – Kapamilya, Kapuso and Kapatid floats brought stars last weekend to the Sinulog Festival but a local pharmacy chain woed the Pit Señor crowd by bringing some of the biggest stars from major networks including Bb. Pilipinas 2011 Shamcey Supsup. Only one-year-old, 360 Pharmacy managed to open 48 branches all over the Visayas. To thank Señor Sto. Niño for the blessings, 360 Pharmacy brought Kapuso star Iza Calzado, Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2011 Shamcey Supsup and Kapamilya stars Derek Ramsay, Angelica Panganiban, Venus Raj and yours truly to Cebu City for the Sinulog Parade. Last year, I was aboard the 360 float with beauty queen Venus Raj but this year, the screams from the people seemed louder.

I was so excited to chitchat with actress Iza Calzado because I would follow tweets and news about the “Bourne Legacy” filming here in Manila.

Rumored part of the Filipino cast was Iza and I was dying to ask how Edward Norton was like in real life. Iza felt so bad to burst my bubble, “I really don’t know where the rumor came from that I was part of the ‘Bourne Legacy’ cast but thanks, thanks to whoever. I never auditioned and I never got a call but if some reason this sparks a certain amount of curiosity, if it makes the producers curious who are these Filipino artists rumored to be in their cast, I’d be more than willing to read for any part, even a dead girl lying on the floor, hahaha!”

I just wanted to make sure so I was like a lawyer in court repeatedly asking the same question, hoping she breaks and tells me something I wanted to hear, so I asked again:

Giselle: So, for the record Iza, you are not included in the “Bourne Legacy” movie?

Iza: Let’s not say that. Hahaha!

Giselle: But is your camp willing in case they invite you to read some lines for them?

Iza: More than willing even if they just want me to cross the street.

Giselle: How about being a body double for Rachel Weisz?

Iza: I don’t think Rachel Weisz will agree that I be her body double. Parang hindi papayag yun, kahit ako ‘di papayag na body double ako ng sarili ko. (Even I would not allow myself to be my own body double.)

Giselle (to myself): I don’t think Iza has realized what a perfect body and face she’s got!
