MANILA, Philippines — Chiang Kai Shek College achieved another milestone in the Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation by winning both the Aspirants and High School Girls divisions held recently at the Chiang Kai Shek College gym.

The multi-titled school made its title wins doubly significant by downing its rivals in runaway fashions with the girls’ squad romping to an 82-50 win over St. Jude Catholic School – thanks to the 22-point performance of Madel Castro – to retain its crown.

The CKSC belles were simply too overpowering they led from the start to turn what was expected to be a close contest into a rout.

Taking a cue from their female counterparts, the Raging Dragons crushed St. Stephen’s High School, 166-47.

The 119-point winning margin is now the largest in the history of the league.

The Raging Dragons were led by Fil-Indian Pawan Singh and Adolph Salinas, who scored 32 and 31 points, respectively.

Chaing Kai Shek College’s victories in the Aspirants and High School girls division made up for its defeats in the Developmental and HS Boys. Hope Christian High School and St. Stephen’s High School captured the HS Boys and Developmental division respectively last November.
