DMCI unveils Rawai, Kamala buildings
MANILA, Philippines — With the urban population seemingly increasing each day, Metro Manila residents tend to find themselves constantly “fighting” for precious real estate. Metro roads, for instance, constantly play host to thousands of vehicles jockeying for position, often ending up in chaotic gridlock.
Land area, while aplenty in most places, is likewise becoming a dwindling resource. That much needed “personal space” which we all crave for is fast becoming a luxury.
This is why many community developers choose to go up, literally. Mid-rise and high-rise residential developments seem to be sprouting everywhere. While this is good news for those looking for a home, a lot of these developments tend to make people feel more “boxed in” rather than feel “at home.”
This is where residential communities such as Royal Palm Residences have an advantage. Developed by DMCI Homes, Royal Palm Residences offers mid-rise and high-rise residential condominiums that allow residents to feel at home.
Located on a four-hectare property within DMCI Homes’ Acacia Estates at Taguig City, it has a Thai tropical-inspired ambience mixed with modern-day touches. Its latest offerings are the Rawai & Kamala buildings, which give residents a cozy home atmosphere within its elevated structure.
Rawai & Kamala buildings will complete the development at Royal Palm Residences. The last two buildings have 14 floors of full-featured one-, two- and three-bedroom units to choose from. Unit prices range from a low R2.1 million to R6.3 million. Four floors of parking spaces ensure that residents have peace of mind when parking their vehicles.
Each residential unit comes with its own kitchen, living and dining areas as well as toilet and bath next to the bedrooms.
The two buildings have been designed to provide free-flowing air along with another natural element — light. This is made possible by the Lumiventt Design Technology. As the name suggests, Lumiventt allows the free flow of natural light (Lumen) and air (Ventus) through three-story high openings on the front and back of the buildings called Sky Patios.
Moreover, each Sky Garden offers a central atrium filled with lush greenery. With strategically located breezeways and single-loaded corridors, residents feel relaxed and refreshed, whether they are in or outside the building. There is even a Podium Garden that links the Kamala and Rawai Buildings. It is designed as a place where one can relax and recharge after a long day.
Located in Taguig City, it is situated within a quiet community that’s only a few minutes away from the Fort Bonifacio Global City leisure and business district, Makati and Ortigas Central Business Districts (CBDs) and other places of work, education, and recreation.
