 MANILA, Philippines – Comedy King Dolphy was recently conferred a special award by the UST Artlets Alumni Association in cooperation with Burlington Industries Philippines Inc. in recognition of his valuable contribution to Philippine cinema, radio and television.

Dolphy was named alumni’s choice for being an icon of Pinoy humor for the last five decades.

Though not an alumnus of the university, Rodolfo V. Quizon was cited for starring in popular and award-winning radio and television sitcoms and producing numerous box-office hits and critically-acclaimed movies from the ’60s to the present.

He was also given a creatively printed Burlington BioFresh t-shirt by AnaJet which chronicled his career in pictures.
