Shake Shack burger coming to Philippines!

(Shake Shack via Instagram / MANILA BULLETIN) (Shake Shack via Instagram / MANILA BULLETIN) The New York-based burger chain will be showcasing its world-renowned burgers to Filipinos as it will open an outlet in the country next year. “We're Shackin Up in Manila! Get ready to taste the goods as the SSI Group brings the Shake Shack to the Philippines!” SSI Group Inc. President Anton Huang confirmed the exciting news through his Instagram post. Meanwhile, the official Twitter account of the burger outlet also announced the big event. It captioned: “Mabuhay, Manila! Pack the Jeepney — we're officially headed to the Philippines! We can’t wait to shack up in the Pearl of the Orient in spring 2019.” Other than its famous Angus beef burgers, Shake Shack is also known for its frozen custard, chicken sandwiches, Vienna beef dogs, and crinkle-cut fries. According to ABS-CBN News, SSI Group Inc. owns Shake Shack’s local franchise as well as TWG Tea franchise. The luxury firm also administers Alexander McQueen, Ermenegildo Zegna, Givenchy, Gucci, Marks and Spencer, Muji, Payless Shoes, and Zara.
